DESCRIPTION
Fishing takes place with traditional fishing nets, it is possible to participate or simply assist during the operations.
It is a unique experience with lots of fun and wonderful landscapes, suitable for all ages except perhaps for small children (0-4 years) for whom the day could be really too busy!
If we are lucky, during navigation we will meet the famous loggerhead turtle "Caretta-Caretta", dolphins and seals "Monachus-Monachus".
During our journey we will enjoy the extraordinary morning serenity while sipping Greek coffee accompanied by fresh baked goods. In the meantime the crew will describe to you all the methods we will use to catch fish.
After having lowered the nets into the sea, we will anchor on a quiet and isolated beach, where we will stay for a couple of hours tasting fresh summer fruit and enjoying the sun, the sea and diving from the boat. Then we'll go back to collect the fishing nets to see how lucky we were! During this procedure anyone who wishes can participate, as long as the captain deems it safe.
With the catch of the day we head towards another quiet and beautiful beach where we can swim and enjoy the warm summer sun while lunch is prepared with truly "fresh" fish. Grilled, fried or in soup, the fish will be accompanied by risotto, fresh local vegetables, salads with Zante extra virgin olive oil and local homemade wine.
After lunch in the shade of the boat, we will relax in the company of the wonderful Greek sea, the sea breeze, the flavors and aromas of the sea, accompanied by a few good glasses of wine.......
We resume our route to return to the main port of Zakynthos for the disembarkation scheduled around 5pm, perhaps a little sad but full of a new, unforgettable experience!!!
