Epidaurus is a small village in Greece on the outskirts of the Peloponnese known mainly for its sanctuary dedicated to Asclepius and for its theater, still used today to host theatrical performances, built in 350 BC, can hold up to 15,000 people.
The Epidaurus theater is an example of perfect acoustics, in fact the actors who play in this theater do not use any form of voice amplification.
For the many historical testimonies of the classical age, the city has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1988.
