The small village of Delphi
Delphi is located about 2.5 hours from Athens, on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. It was one of the most important locations in ancient Greece and was famous throughout the world for being the center of the Earth.
In fact, the most important oracle of the god Apollo (also known as the oracle of Delphi) was located there. The sanctuary is square in shape and unfortunately in ruins due to time, but some monumental statues can still be distinguished.
